Martina Šmidochová focuses on consulting and development in the field of human resources (audits and design of HR process solutions in connection with HR digitization), customer experience, interim HR management, strategic workshop facilitation, change management, internal communication and corporate culture. In 2019 she was awarded by the Top Employer Institute for her work in the field of HR processes and their innovation, and in 2020 she also defended this award. For the results of the work, she won first place within the Czech Republic.
Martina graduated with a master’s degree in sociology from Charles University. In 1994 she also passed a population geography exam at the University of Bonn, Germany (Theinische Friederich-Wilhelms Universität in Bonn).
After university, she worked for Coopers & Lybrand (later PricewaterhouseCoopers) as HR manager. In 2002 she became HR Director for Microsoft’s offices in the Czech and Slovak Republics and since 2006 she has managed strategic recruitment for Central and Eastern Europe.
Between 2008 and 2012, she served as Regional Director of Customer Care and Microsoft Partners in 23 European countries. As part of this position, she was responsible for managing customer and partner relationships and for their satisfaction with services and products.
Since 2012 she has been a partner of Conectio Group, where she works for strategic clients. An example is his work at NTT Group, where he has been interim HR director since 2015.
