In the background of innovated or emerging methodological frameworks, such as mostly prescriptive COBIT 2019, descriptive ITIL 4 or agile SAFe, the chosen approach to customer value cadence is essential. The cadence of values determines what form of IT Governance is applicable and defines the frequency of software development and release.
