The most difficult task for an organization to implement DevOps is to change the corporate culture, i.e. change the values, attitudes and behaviours of IT staff and the organization as a whole. The means of “experiential learning” can be used for such a change. The “DevOps Lite” workshop is an example of experiential learning through a short tasting of the G2G3 DevOps Simulation. G2G3 DevOps Simulation enables participants to experience from development and operations of IT that change attitudes and behaviours. This contrasts with the classic “slides” training, which often ends only by gaining knowledge without any application in practice.
