itSMF Czech Republic z. s. (dále „itSMF CZ“) je správcem osobních údajů a plně respektuje vaše právo na soukromí a ochranu osobních údajů a přijímá osvědčené postupy v souladu s platnými zákony a předpisy EU. Aktualizovali jsme zásady ochrany osobních údajů, abychom zahrnuli nové normy stanovené v obecném nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů (známé také pod zkratkou GDPR).
Nové předpisy rozšiřují stávající práva týkající se vašich osobních údajů. Patří sem možnost odvolat váš souhlas, právo na opravu a právo na zapomenutí. Zásady ochrany soukromí popisují, jaké osobní údaje uchováváme pro Vás, na jak dlouho je uchováváme a proč.
itSMF CZ uchovává vaše osobní údaje za podmínky, že souhlasíte s poskytnutím těchto základních údajů, které jsou uvedeny na formuláři na akcích itSMF CZ (např. výroční konference, itSM Prakticky), a to: jméno, příjmení, název pracovní pozice, jméno zaměstnavatele či společnosti, adresu, email a telefonní číslo. V některých případech vás můžeme požádat o poskytnutí dalších profesních informací, jako je velikost společnosti, pro kterou pracujete.
Vaše osobní údaje můžeme shromažďovat, pokud se zaregistrujete jako člen spolku nebo se registrujete na některou z akcí itSMF CZ.
Abychom vám mohli poskytnout požadované služby v rámci členství nebo akce itSMF CZ, tak potřebujeme vaše osobní údaje.
itSMF CZ má nastavená technická a organizační opatření k ochraně vašich osobních údajů. Současně požadujeme, aby dodavatelé, s nimiž jsme uzavřeli smlouvu, používali také odpovídající bezpečnostní opatření k ochraně osobních údajů.
Osobní údaje používáme ke komunikaci s vámi, k informování o novinkách v oblasti ITSM a akcích pořádaných itSMF CZ a akcích pořádaných našimi partnery.
itSMF CZ může sdílet vaše osobní údaje směrem k třetím stranám (např. partneři akcí itSMF CZ) za podmínky, že k tomu dáte souhlas. Jakmile dáte souhlas se sdílením osobních údajů směrem k třetím stranám, budou se na vaše osobní údaje vztahovat zásady ochrany soukromí třetích stran, včetně informací, jak v budoucnu odvolat svůj souhlas.
itSMF CZ může sdílet vaše osobní údaje směrem k našich dodavatelům, kteří zajišťují provoz našich služeb (email, web) za účelem provozu daných služeb.
Vaše osobní údaje uchováváme po celou dobu trvání obchodního vztahu (členství itSMF CZ, účast na akcích itSMF CZ) a doby vašeho souhlasu. Osobní údaje budou uchovávány po dobu členství, resp. pro osoby, které nejsou členy itSMF CZ a jsou registrované na akce itSMF CZ, po dobu 12 měsíců.

Vladimir Dzurilla graduated from the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, he completed a study stay in the Netherlands and study at the British Open University.
He has worked in Accenture, in O2 as a consultant and management consultant for projects to exchange and implement large IT systems and to implement organizational and process changes. Since May 2016, he has served as General Manager of the State Treasury Shared Services Centre, whose main task is to provide ICT services for the state administration and operation of the National Data Centre.
At the same time, since January 2018, he manages the National Agency for Communications and Information Technology, s. e. This agency has been forming the strategies of non-public communication networks, including proposals for the implementation of appropriate security measures and delivering shared services for public administration.
Vladimir Dzurilla also serves as Advisor to the Prime Minister for ICT and Digitization, and he was appointed to be a government plenipotentiary for IT and Digitization in February this year. Within this position, he creates and implements the strategic concept Digital Czech, which contributes to the significant a shift in state IT and the digital economy.

Paul has been active in ITSM for over 30 years as a senior consultant, service development manager and ITIL creator. He is a co-author of the ITIL publication “Planning to Implement IT Service Management” and was a member of the Practitioner Architects team. He is the director and owner of GamingWorks, a company that has developed the internationally recognized simulation game ‘Apollo 13 – an ITSM case experience’ as well as factual simulations of Cybersecurity, Project Management, Business & IT Alignment and DevOps. He has also been involved in the development of ‘Attitude, Behavior and Culture of ICT’ publications, led ABC workshops and simulation workshops, with staff from over 500 organizations around the world.
Vladimír Kufner, graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he also completed his postgraduate studies. He worked gradually in the following companies: Research Institute of Telecommunications (Prague), Deutsche Telekom Werke (Berlin), Philips (Nuremberg, Prague), Logica (Rotterdam, Prague), Hewlett-Packard (Prague). Since 2013 he has been employed by T-Systems, Inc. (now T-Mobile) as a senior architect in the field of business architecture and process and project governance. In addition, he occasionally works as an internal trainer for ITIL, CobIT, DevOps and ArchiMate at the so-called T-University. He was newly entrusted with the management of the Architecture Board TMCZ / ST.
He has also worked in ITIL V2 revisions and as an APMG examiner in the ITIL V3 Examination Board as the only representative from the CEE region. As a proof reader he participated in some translations of ITIL into Czech.
In the ITIL 4 version, he reviewed some selected practices, and also worked on revision of questions in case of CDS certification. He is a regular speaker at itSMF / ISACA / SI / ICTM conferences. He regularly participates in mini workshops organized by itSMF CZ.
He is a forensic expert in computer science, certified IT expert, Certified Project Director of IPMA (Level A), Certified PM for Project Quality (ISO 10006), Certified ISACA Expert in Business Informatics (CGEIT) and Risk and IT Control (CRISC). For a long time he worked as a leading partner of the Consulting division at Ernst & Young. Today he is the CEO of Per Partes Consulting, a company focused on independent ICT consulting, is president of ISACA Czech Republic and chairman of IT Governance conference.

Among other things, Radim Petráš headed the Service Desk department at Tieto, with a total of 120 employees. In this role, for example, he expanded the team to a department in India or led a program to automate Service Desk for the entire corporation. Five years ago, he joined the internal IT department of StoraEnso operating in a woodworking industry. StoraEnso has branches or production facilities on all inhabited continents with a total of 26,000 employees. Radim worked for StoraEnso until November 2017 as Manager for Onsite Support and Service Desk. Since the end of Service Desk consolidation, he has started to standardize IT processes across the company and as Director, the Service Integration Office is responsible for the complete operation of SIAM processes and ITSM tools in StoraEnso IT.

Tomas has many years of experience in software development methodology, process management and information security management in global companies. He currently works as the Head of Information Security in the Czech-American startup GoodData, where he built an information security management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27002: 2013, certified SOC 2 and completed HIPAA and GDPR requirements. He focuses on finding synergies between agile IT development and operation methodologies and requires standard security and quality management. He is a member of the Czech ISACA branch committee and holds the CISM certification.

Aleš Kruczek left his scientific activities at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he worked in the Center of Internal Combustion Engines and Cars to focus on the IT world. In 2010, he became IT Director at ALD Automotive. He will share experience with company process management with us, focusing on surprisingly high process penetration for IT operations, business support and project activities.

He has been working in the field of information technology since 2000 and now manages the corporate IT of the Czech pharmaceutical company Contipro. Petr Němeček graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Management in Hradec Králové, where he studied Applied Informatics. He gained experience in VUMS Legend (IBM partner) or as IT manager of Optrex Czech a.s. or GfK Czech / Slovakia. During his practice, he has obtained certificates for ITIL processes, Prince2 or IBM Domino project management. Since 2017 he works as an IT manager at LINET Group SE, where he is in charge of the IT department with 18 employees. His current job challenge is to integrate with Microsoft Azure.

Aleš Špidla studied technical cybernetics. In 2011, as Director of the Department of Cyber Security at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, he drafted a strategy for cyber security in the Czech Republic and participated in discussions on the subject matter and then on the Cyber Security Act itself. He also worked as Head of the Informatics Section of the State Institute for Drug Control, Director of the Department of Security Policies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Manager of the Risk Management Department at Price Waterhouse Coopers, then at the state enterprise CENDIS, s.p. as a specialist in cyber security and in the state-owned company NAKIT, s.p. as head of the security department. He is currently working as a cyber security manager at the General Financial Directorate. He is president of the Czech Institute of Information Security Managers, guarantor and teacher of the MBA study program “Management and Cyber Security” and co-guarantor and teacher of LL.M program “Information Protection” at CEVRO Institute. He is intensively involved in the evangelization of cyber and information security in all its aspects. He lectures at conferences, performs in the media, publishes articles on this topic.
