Gabriela specializes in process management, team processes, clients and achieving KPIs. She successfully implemented internal changes in processes at various levels of the company. Manages project teams with an emphasis on effective cost management, timing and methodology. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and co-founder of Change Managers, a community dedicated to raising awareness of change management. In the Czech Chamber of PMI, she works as vice president for development.

information technology & AI. It will focus on strategies for implementing new systems, processes and
technologies with an emphasis on minimizing resistance, frustration and optimizing employee adoption
