Lucie is an experienced IT manager and lecturer with more than 15 years of experience in software development, team management and IT process consulting. She has worked in a number of companies in positions such as VP of Engineering or QA Director, where she led teams of dozens of experts. Currently, she is a mentor and consultant focused on software development, quality management and effective team collaboration. As a long-time associate of itSMF, she contributes to the development of the professional community focused on IT service and process management.
