Since 2005, he has been working at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, where he specializes in business support, strategic planning and implementation of support programs, whether in the form of subsidy programs or financial instruments. Since 2006, he has been the Head of the Competitiveness Department and subsequently the Deputy Director of the Department. Since 2017, he has held the position of Director of the Business Environment and Business Entrepreneurship Department, where he focuses on improving the business environment in the Czech Republic, reducing the administrative tasks and developing the agenda of business entrepreneurship, quality and social responsibility of organizations. At the same time, since 2019, he has been working as the 1st Vice-Chairman of the Quality Council of the Czech Republic and Deputy Chief Director of the Economy Section. In recent years, he has been involved in projects focused on supporting entrepreneurs, digitizing payments within the Czech Republic Pays by Card project, the Shop 2021+ program, compensation for increased energy costs and implementing digital projects such as the Database of Information Obligations, the Unified Portal of inspections evidence and the Entrepreneur Portal. It also significantly contributes to the implementation of measures from the Entrepreneurship Package, which includes, for example, digital receipts, an increase in the limit for photovoltaics, or the definition of an automated store (www.stopbyrokracii.cz).
Presentation of 3 digital projects implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade within the framework of the National Recovery Plan of the Czech Republic. The projects are aimed at improving the business environment. Specifically, these are the Entrepreneur Portal, the Database of Information Obligations and the Unified Portal for Coordination of inspections.
