Roman is a Senior ITIL architect at PeopleCert. He has been working in IT service management since 2002 as an ITIL 4 architect, practitioner, consultant, trainer, and author. He has been involved in the continual development of ITIL since joining AXELOS/PeopleCert in 2016. Roman is ITIL v2 Service Manager, ITIL v3 Expert, and ITIL 4 Master.
