While studying at VŠE, Jindřich joined the software division of Hewlett Packard as a presales consultant, where he was in charge of a wide portfolio of tools for IT management. From monitoring, testing, process control to automation. After 11 years, he accepted the offer to lead IBM Analytics for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which was an opportunity to leave traditional IT development and operation solutions and learn to perceive the world through numbers. These work experiences were formative for his company, where, together with a team of experienced consultants, they help large IT organizations with the correct setting of management processes, environmental monitoring and automation across development and operation.
