V technologiích pracuje od roku 2012 a podílí se na konzultacích se zákazníky v oblastech IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Agile a DevOps, včetně facilitace simulačních workshopů pro řízení kulturních změn. Jaro během své kariéry spolupracoval se zákazníky všech velikostí a sektorů od RBS, Rio Tinto, SquareEnix nebo Atlassian až po britský a americký veřejný sektor.
